Free trial

The free plan includes 10 jobs per account, for the lifetime of the account. This isn’t a monthly quota: the counter doesn’t reset. After 10 jobs, creating new jobs returns a 429 error until you move to a paid plan.

The quota is charged the moment a job is created. After you move to a paid plan, paid-plan jobs don’t count toward this counter.

Paid plan

A flat $30/month subscription — no per-document fees and no token markup. With BYOK you pay your model provider directly for tokens and OCR at their rate; hotdoc adds nothing on top. You’re paying for the tooling: orchestration, reliability, 20+ formats and archives, batching, and support.
